CNC Forming

Starland Metals is equipped with three state-of-the-art forming centers. We employ two Cincinnati CNC 6-axis Autoform Forming Centers, and one  Cincinnati MAXFORM Press Brake Utilizing "Smart Controls" with a linear motor drive 6-axis backgage.  These state-of-the-art press brakes incorporate precision with the strength and power needed to fashion complex sheet metal parts and pieces.

CNC Punching

Starland Metals stands ready with a state-of-the-art Finn-Power automated turret punch press. This CNC Turret Punch features 33 ton punching force and can handle sheets up to 5'W x 12'L.  With a full array of tooling and punches, this speedy and versatile machine can perform all of your punching and stamping procedures.

Shearing & Cutting

Our facility contains on-site shearing and sawing capability. Our Cincinnati CNC Shearing Center, can accommodate 1/4-inch mild steel and features multi-axis gauging, with a 120-inch front gage and 48-inch back gage. Our high-precision Marvel bandsaw and our revolutionary CNC Hyd-Mech saw with automatic load system are especially useful in the making of pipe and tubing related parts, providing consistent lengths of pipe.

Starland Metals has been in the pipe and tube business for a long time, and we just got better at it with the addition of new technology. Because we make a number of parts with applications in the agriculture industry, many of our customers also need water pipe and drinker parts and accessories as well.  All of our components are custom made, in-house.
