THREADED WATER PIPE
Starland Metals stocks and fabricates a large number of pipe and tube parts, from run-of-the-mill water pipe connections to more elaborate drinker setups. In addition we thread male and female parts in house.
Our stainless steel hog watering pipes are built in-house using our 75,000 custom metal fabrication facility.

Sow-Piglet Drinker
Our Sow-Piglet Drinkers are setup specifically for farrowing crates. They feature a convenient nipple design that saves water and can accomodate both sow on one line. All pipes have 1/2" NPT threads. 45° angle into crate for easy access by sow. 50° bend for easy access in creeper pen. Pipes are 40" long.
Stainless Steel Water Cup Pipe with Tabs
Our Stainless Steel Water Cup Pipe with Tabs is available in 36", 48" and 60" lengths. Pipes are available straight or 2" offset.
Adjustable Single Outlet Pipe & Bracket
Made of quality #304 Stainless Steel, the Adjustable Single Outlet Pipe and Bracket is sturdy, and easy to use with a spring adjustment. Single pipes have 1/2" NPT threads, and are available in 24" and 36" lengths. You can now have a single spigot in each pen (or a double spigot with our Adjustable Double Outlet Pipe and Bracket). Wall brackets can be purchased separately.

Simply the best for your barn! Made of quality #304 Stainless Steel, the Adjustable Double Outlet Pipe and Bracket is sturdy, and easy to use with a spring adjustment. Pipes have 1/2" NPT threads, and are available in 24" and 36" lengths. You can now have a double spigot in each pen (or a single spigot with our Adjustable Single Outlet Pipe and Bracket). Three Way Fittings
We stock 3-way stainless steel fitting for hog watering in gestation barns. Our fittings are available in 90 degree, 130 degree, and 150 degree. Each is equipped with a 1/2" socket weld and 1/2" female NPT threads for hog nipples.
Stainless Steel Pipe Clamp
We stock 304 Stainless steel pipe clamps for mounting our water pipe to crates or stalls.
We build high quality water and drinker pipes in house.
Yaskawa Motoman Robotic Arm
With the Yaskawa Motoman Robotic Arm, our pipe threading station achieves fully autonomous production. This robotic arm pulls material from our pipe cutting station, feeds the BLM pipe expander as well as the TS20DE threading system.
BLM AST35 Hyrdraulic End Forming Machine
The BLM AST35 is fed pipe from our Yaskawa Motoman Robotic Arm. The pipe ends are expanded in this machine prior to threading. Once pipe ends are expanded, the robotic arm moves the pipe from the BLM AST35 to the TS20DE Threading System for completion.
TS20DE Threading System
With our Threading Systems LTD UK built TS20DE automated threading system we are able to thread our hog watering pipes with both male and female threads simultaneously for increased production to meet high demand.
